IF ROSES COULD TALK
If Roses Could TalkI held the stalkBefore her angelic faceAnd I lowered my voice. As I raised up the Persian RoseI raised the rose flower to her nose. And I whispered to her below my breathI hardly opened my mouth.Oh, my dearest loveYou are God sent to me from aboveWords cannot be enough to tell youHow much I truly love you.If only roses could talk.

It's amazing how surfing the internet via Blog Explosion let's you meet people who you would have never met.
Your poetry and presentation of such is great. I love the thought "if roses could talk"....but I hope mine never learn to....they would complain that I am not spending enough time with them.
