You Are the Most Beautiful Girl

You Are the Most Beautiful Girl

God made you so beautiful
And you look so wonderful
Oh, baby! You are so pretty
No one can deny your beauty
You make heads to turn on the street
You’re such a delight to sight
Oh, girl! You make the boys to wolf whistle
As you tickle their fancy little by little
Cat walking like a supermodel on the runway
Oh, girl! You’re my cover girl every day by day.

You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen
Oh, girl! You are going to be my beauty queen.

Get Into Shape for Summer

Get into Summer-Ready Shape with Lady Foot Locker

Harley Pasternak shows us the dead lift.

NEW YORK, April 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — With the heat and summer sun comes the time that most men look forward to and most women dread – bathing suit season. There is no need to fret! Lady Foot Locker joins forces with Harley Pasternak, New Balance brand ambassador and co-host of ABC’s The Revolution, as he shares an exclusive (and accessible) workout session, just in time for summer.

The formula for his “Kick Butt” Express workout is:

Cardio Warm-Up (do each for approximately 1 minute)
Jog in place
Jog forward and backwards
Side Shuffle
Grape Vine
Mountain Climbers
Resistance Circuit (15-20 repetitions/set)
Bicep Curl
Bicep Curl + Shoulder Press
Dead Lift + Bicep Curl + Shoulder Press
Dead Lift + Row + Bicep Curl + Shoulder Press
Cardio Cool Down (repeat all in step 1)

Pasternak believes in working out smart and leaves no room for excuses, emphasizing that access to a gym is not necessary to stay in shape. With the proper workout apparel and footwear as your foundation, you may find everything else you need for an effective workout in the comfort of your own home. Household items such as cans of soup or water bottles can easily replace dumbbells for weight training. If space is a limitation, a hallway is a sufficient area for cardio warm-ups. His methodology works, as Pasternak admits that he is in the best physical shape of his life, though most of his time is spent on set as opposed to the gym.

So leave the excuses behind and move towards your beach body with Lady Foot Locker. Put Harley’s exercises and tips to the test with his exclusive fitness video, available on Facebook at www.facebook.com/ladyfootlocker.

Are You Possessed By the Spirit of the Dog?

Womanimal. Photo Credit: 109.

Are You Possessed By the Spirit of the Dog?

Many people in Nigeria and the rest of the world are possessed by the Spirit of the Dog, but since majority of them are ignorant of the existence they don’t even know that they are exhibiting the characteristics in their lifestyles and may continue living in the bondage of the Spirit of the Dog till their last days on earth.

Dog eat dog is a common saying which is in fact true, but people have not seen it spiritually and so have not been delivered from the Spirit of the Dog, so dog eat dog has become the most prevalent way of life on earth with majority of humanity behaving and living like dogs even though they claim not be animals, but have we seen much difference between most humans and animals? In fact, there is more balance of nature in the jungle than in the city! It is not common to see cattle attacking and killing themselves or other animals of the same species attacking themselves as humans attack their fellow humans every day in recurrent human conflicts of crimes and wars. In fact, from Adam and Eve to date, we have seen worse violence among humans than among animals! So, where is the human civilization?
What makes humans more civilized than animals?
Our higher IQs and sense of worthiness?
Our belief systems and pursuit of our origins?
The societies we have built over the centuries?
The so called wonders of the world?
Gigantic buildings like the Tower of Babel?
Spacecrafts launching and probing into the heavens?
Academic, technical and professional institutions producing aristocrats and technocrats of either meritocracy or plutocracy of democracy?
Because we make and put on clothes, build and live in houses and make and drive vehicles?
But as the saying goes, the hood does not make the monk.
What makes us civilized are not the perishable possessions and lifestyles we have, but the appreciation of the values and virtues of human dignity, integrity and nobility.

Mystery in Nigeria: Dogs With Human Body Found In Badagry!

In Nigeria where there are more churches than even schools and millions of Nigerians are regular church goers, majority of those who claim to be Christians are possessed by the Spirit of the Dog and their so called pastors, reverend ministers, bishops and prophets do not have the gift of discernment to see through them even when their behaviour shows it all. But many of the Christian ministers themselves are possessed by the Spirit of the Dog! That is why majority of them don’t even preach to warn their congregants. Therefore, both church and congregants remain in the bondage of the Spirit of the Dog.

King David of Israel who was a real and true anointed man of God knew about the existence of the Spirit of the Dog and prayed against it in Psalm 22 when he prayed for deliverance from the power of the dog. So, that is enough proof of the spiritual danger of the Spirit of the Dog.

Examine yourself thoroughly and if you notice the characteristics of dog eat dog attitude in your life, then you are possessed by the Spirit of the Dog and the only way to be freed from the bondage is repentance and deliverance, because your total reformation and transformation can only be achieved by edification. Then, you shall be freed from the evil Spirit of the Dog that is still roaming and prowling for more preys. In most cases it goes about as a friendly dog wagging its tail playfully, but beware of the wolf in sheep clothing.

Avatar 2 and 3 May Be Made in China – James Cameron

James Cameron

Mr. Cameron arrived in Beijing on Saturday and will soon be attending a screening of “Titanic 3D” at the Beijing International Film Festival (the re-release opened earlier this month to staggering sales in China). But his most important business will be conducted in private meetings, including with state-owned China Film Group. Speaking in an interview on Sunday, he said a priority of this trip was to explore a co-production deal with the Chinese firm on “Avatar 2” and “Avatar 3. Mr. Cameron says he would need to be satisfied in advance that his planned films would meet the approval of censors. If that key condition can be met, he is keen on the potential payoff. “There are economic advantages,” as he puts it.

Before You Date Anyone in Nigeria and Abroad

Before You Date Anyone in Nigeria and Abroad

Nigeria is full of very physically attractive young women and young men of all shapes and sizes and many of them are fun seekers in the fast lane of the rat race in pursuit of their happiness and security.

The majority of the pretty and sexy girls come from poor families with parents who are low income earners struggling to make ends meet in the most populous country in Africa where over seventy percent of the population are illiterates. So, the competition for promotion in the social hierarchy is very tough. To find a well bred and chaste young woman here is like looking for a needle in a haystack even though majority of the people claim to be regular church going Christians and mosque going Muslims, yet there is little difference between them and the pagans in their behaviours. Therefore, do not be swayed by their eye service and lip service of being Christians or Muslims, because most of them are hypocrites and desperate opportunists with predatory pursuits. But now, the chickens have come home to roost as over 700, 000 of the youths have HIV/AIDS according to the confirmed reports from the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) in April 2012., and that is just one fifth of the total population of people living with HIV in Nigeria.

If over 700, 000 of Nigerian youths have HIV/AIDS, then imagine the dangerous risks of dating anyone of them who will never tell you their HIV/AIDS status, because majority of these hundreds of thousands of Nigerian youths infected with the deadly HIV/AIDS are predatory women between the ages 15 and 32 who would prefer to lie to lure you into their common sex-for-profit relationship. And before you know it, you have contracted HIV from sleeping with them!

Sex Chains of the 700, 000 Youths with HIV/AIDS in Nigeria

The 700, 000 people with HIV/AIDS are in our midst in our communities and are still having sex and spreading the deadly infections of HIV/AIDS in their nonchalant promiscuous relationships of multiple sex partners. The fact is one of them would have had several sex partners and in the sex chains of the 700, 000, over 7 million others would have had sex with those who have had sex with these 700, 000 people from one place to another in every state in Nigeria.

Lucy with HIV/AIDS has slept with Tunde who was ignorant of her HIV/AIDS status and then Tunde has gone ahead to sleep with another person named Bolanle and Bolanle also later slept with Nduka and Nduka would also go on to have sex with Chidinma and Chidinma traveled to Abuja and slept with Captain Kadari and Captain Kadari later had sex with Aisha and Aisha before getting married to Senator Usman Jaji slept with the Youth Corps member Gbinigie from Benin and then Gbinigie the playboy also slept with four different girlfriends who also later had sex with other men and within only two to three years the sex chain of Lucy would have over 100 to 1, 000 different people in the long run. Now from that same sex chain with 1, 000 ignorant victims the figure will continue to increase daily, weekly, monthly and annually and the infections of HIV/AIDS will continue to spread in the vicious circle of just one of the 700, 000 youths with HIV/AIDS in Nigeria. The grave consequences of HIV/AIDS worsen through sex chains of promiscuous young men and young women in our communities.

The calamitous situation is the fact that majority of people are ignorant of the grave consequences of their sex chains and the spread of contagious STDs and HIV/AIDS and other deadly infections like contagious skin diseases.

When we warn people to be disciplined and faithful, it is more about the general health and safety; survival and welfare of humans than about our selfish possessions of a lover or a spouse.
The silliest ones will dismiss the warning and say “Mind your business. It is my life and not yours.”
“Shut up silly ass! It is our business and our life you are endangering by your wayward sex life of promiscuity, because you are spreading your deadly disease by forking and messing around!”

This is the stark reality of the calamity of HIV/AIDS pandemic ravaging humankind. And the ignorance of the majority continues to worsen the prevalence of the infections as the hordes of promiscuous predatory Nigerian babes and guys continue to go on their sexual rampage in Nigeria and abroad. So, before you undress to have sex with anyone of them, think twice before it is too late.

The Impact of the Spoken Word

The Impact of the Spoken Word

"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."1

"Researchers at Kenyon College conducted a test in cooperation with the US Navy. The purpose was to discover how the tone of the voice affected sailors when they were given orders. The experiments revealed that the way a person was addressed determined to a large extent the kind of response he would make. For example, when an individual was spoken to in a soft voice, he would answer in a similar manner. But when he was shouted at, his reply came back in the same sharp tone. This was true whether the communication was given face-to-face, over the intercom, or by telephone."2

With yellers there is a tendency to yell back at him or her. However, other research has shown that if we answer a yeller softly in a soft tone of voice, he will have to lean forward to hear what we are saying and tend to lower his own volume—proving the truth of what the Bible taught so long ago: "A gentle answer turns away wrath."

Richard De Haan wisely said, "What we say and how we say it not only makes a difference in the reaction we'll receive, but it also determines whether conflict or peace will result. Many arguments could be avoided and tense situations relaxed if we understood [and practiced] this truth."

Suggested prayer: "Dear God, please help me in all situations to remain calm and peaceful and learn always when I speak, to speak the truth in love. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer. Gratefully in Jesus' name, amen."

About THE HUNGER GAMES
Every year in the ruins of what was once North America, the Capitol of the nation of Panem forces each of its twelve districts to send a teenage boy and girl to compete in the Hunger Games. A twisted punishment for a past uprising and an ongoing government intimidation tactic, The Hunger Games are a nationally televised event in which "Tributes" must fight with one another until one survivor remains.

Sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen volunteers in her younger sister's place to enter the games, and is forced to rely upon her sharp instincts as well as the mentorship of drunken former victor Haymitch Abernathy when she's pitted against highly-trained Tributes who have prepared for these Games their entire lives. If she's ever to return home to District 12, Katniss must make impossible choices in the arena that weigh survival against humanity and life against love.

THE HUNGER GAMES is directed by Gary Ross, with a screenplay by Gary Ross and Suzanne Collins and Billy Ray, and produced by Nina Jacobson's Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. Suzanne Collins' best-selling novel, the first in a trilogy published by Scholastic that has over 36 million copies in print in the United States alone, has developed a massive global following. It has spent more than 180 consecutive weeks/more than three consecutive years to date on The New York Times bestseller list since its publication in September 2008, and has also appeared consistently on USA Today and Publishers Weekly bestseller lists.

Lionsgate released THE HUNGER GAMES on March 23, 2012.

After leaving college, he worked as a freelance writer/director until the late 1980s. He began making animation in 1989. Since then he has made over forty animated films.

Narrative, Minimalism and Conversation

How to make bad animation look good

Earlier this year I completed a feature length animated film called Dead But Not Buried. In it I explored the tensions within a nuclear family and the nature of absurdity. The film is the second part of a trilogy. I am now making the third and final part. Because the series of films was originally based on just forty frames, I had to invent a visual language that was both appropriate to the issues the film considered and able to explore the visual possibilities of the minimalist aesthetic, I had chosen. In part, these film are about my own process of discovering this language. It was my intention that part of the pleasure of viewing the film would be to do with the audience’s ability to share in this process of creation.

‘The Jury gave it the best feature award for its uncompromisingly experimental approach and anarchistic dialogue and humour, never before seen in an animation feature’ - Ottawa 2006.

It also won the Grand Prix for best animation feature at Cinanima, Portugal, 2006.

The following two features Goodbye Mister Christie and Dead But Not Buried went on to win the Grand Prix in Ottawa 2010 and 2011.

The workshop will be based on the ideas, I researched in this film.

MASTERCLASS

Stereo Expanded: National Film Board of Canada

A Masterclass on Stereoscopic 3D films by Marc Bertrand, animation producer at the NFB, followed by a special screening.

While 3D films are making a comeback today, the NFB has been exploring the medium since the 1950s with Norman McLaren's pioneering 35mm stereoscopic animated films Now is the Time and Around Is Around. Time and again film projects initiated by the National Film Board of Canada impressively reflect the country’s cultural diversity. The Board’s experimental films are proof of its own innovative character.

Marc Bertrand will be conducting a Master Class during this program answering questions such as: How does Stereoscopy work? Why make film in S3D? Can S3D animation film be made economically? Or any other question you will want to ask him. Send your questions in advance and Marc will gladly answer it during the Masterclass.

Send question to info@animationfest-bg.eu

Marc Bertrand graduated in theatre from the Conservatoire d‘Art Dramatique du Québec in 1982. He acted in some 30 plays across the country, before joining the NFB. He became a producer in the Animation and Youth Studio in 1998 and has produced over 100 films, including such notable successes as the award winning series "Science please!" (2001) and "Noël Noël" (2003) by Nicola Lemay. His interest in new technology has led him to become involved in working on stereoscopic films. In 2008, he co-produced “Facing Champlain” - a ground-breaking stereoscopic 3D experiment about the founder of Quebec, Samuel de Champlain, produced by the NFB to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the founding of Quebec, as well as “Private Eyes”, both by Nicola Lemay. Tower Bawher (S3D, 2006), Drux Flux (S3D, 2009); Lipsett Diaries (2010) by Theodore Ushev.

Marc Bertrand is also one of the producers of Norman McLaren – The Master's Edition (2006), an award-winning DVD box set featuring digitally restored masterpieces by McLaren, a pioneer in the fusion of music and animation.
Marc Bertrand, producer for the NFB since 1998, presents 5 films which experiment in different ways with stereoscopic and 3D animated film: "Falling in Love Again" is a playful, musical attempt to look at the cultural myths and clichés associated with love, "Private EyeS" is an animated adaption of Gilles Tibo‘s children’s book "Black eyes", "Drux Flux" is an animated film of fast-flowing images and "Tower Bawher" is a journey through Russian constructivist art. The two last films have been directed by the Bulgarian born director Théodore Ushev.

The eclipse begins over Asia and, traveling at more than 1,000 MPH, the shadow of the eclipse races to the southeast over parts of California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico before sunset. Locally, viewers will be able to see the annular eclipse for about four minutes just before sunset at 7:33pm in Albuquerque on the western horizon. A partial eclipse will be visible from approximately 6:30-8:00pm Mountain Daylight Time.

The Albuquerque Convention & Visitors Bureau and partner organizations are inviting astronomy buffs and interested star and sky enthusiasts to visit Albuquerque for this rare viewing event.

2012 Omololu Falobi Award for Excellence Goes To Anna Forbes

2012 Omololu Falobi Award for Excellence in HIV Prevention Research Community Advocacy Presented to Longtime Advocate Anna Forbes

Award honors Forbes's tireless advocacy for microbicides and women's rights

SYDNEY, April 17, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Anna Forbes, a long-time microbicide advocate, has received the third Omololu Falobi Award for Excellence in HIV Prevention Research Community Advocacy. The award was presented during the Microbicides 2012 Conference in Sydney, Australia.

Forbes was honored for her significant contributions to microbicides advocacy over a long career devoted to fostering civil society engagement in HIV care, treatment and prevention and women's rights. She has been involved in the fight against AIDS for almost three decades and was an early champion for microbicides when the field had few strong advocacy voices.

Forbes's work for more than a decade as deputy director of the Global Campaign for Microbicides (GCM) helped build awareness of the need for microbicides as a prevention option that could be controlled by women. She was also instrumental in the founding of the International Rectal Microbicide Advocates (IRMA). She continues to advocate for microbicides and other prevention options for women as an independent consultant with multiple organizations working with a special focus on engaging with sex work organizations across the world. Forbes is based in Washington, DC.

"I am honored to receive this award from my peers and proud to be receiving it here at the Microbicides 2012 conference where we have heard good news about the science, policy and advocacy that is moving us closer to new prevention options for women and for men," Forbes said. "There have been times over the past several years when finding a safe and effective microbicide and other woman-controlled options for HIV prevention seemed like a distant dream, but today we are much closer to making it a reality. As Omololu said, the challenge of our time is HIV/AIDS. Receiving this award his name gives me renewed hope to meet that challenge."

The Omololu Falobi Award highlights the essential role of community advocacy and leadership in HIV prevention research. It celebrates the life and values of the late Omololu Falobi, a long-time HIV advocate and journalist who founded Journalists Against AIDS in Nigeria, was an instrumental pioneer member of the Nigerian Treatment Access Movement, and co-founded the New HIV Vaccine & Microbicide Advocacy Society. Omololu was killed in Lagos, Nigeria in October 2006. The award was conceived as an ongoing legacy that recognizes his commitment and lasting contributions to HIV prevention research advocacy.

"Omololu was a visionary leader and activist, who accomplished much in his too short a life. He dedicated himself to powerful advocacy for HIV and HIV prevention research in Nigeria, Africa and worldwide," said Morenike Ukpong of NHVMAS in Nigeria. "It is gratifying to see his ideals and vision live on through this award. I know he would be immensely proud of the work that Anna and the past recipients are doing to simultaneously advance human rights and HIV prevention research."

Forbes was chosen from among an impressive group of nominees by an independent international panel of HIV prevention research advocates, policy makers, and scientists.

"Anna clearly has created, and continues to create, a fine and necessary inheritance for advocates working for microbicide and other HIV prevention options for women, said Polly Harrison, founder of the Alliance for Microbicide Development and chair of the selection committee. The times and circumstances in which Anna worked and continues to work, have certainly had their challenges. Yet she never seems to despair and she always tells the truth, especially truth to power. What more could one ask? We all look forward to continuing to hear Anna's voice in this field."

The 2012 Omololu Falobi Award Recipient was honored during the plenary session today with a plaque and a cash prize. The M2012 Secretariat also provided a full scholarship for the Award recipient to attend the Conference in Sydney.

The Omololu Falobi Award For Excellence In HIV Prevention Research Community Advocacy was conceptualised and the process coordinated by the African Microbicides Advocacy Group (AMAG) in partnership with AVAC: Global Advocacy for HIV Prevention Research, the Global Campaign for Microbicides (GCM), Journalists Against AIDS in Nigeria (JAAIDS), the New HIV Vaccine and Microbicide Advocacy Society (NHVMAS), and the Treatment Action Movement Nigeria (TAM). Joining the coordinating committee this year are the International Rectal Microbicides Advocates (IRMA) and the African AIDS Vaccine Programme (AAVP).

The award honors Omololu Falobi, a visionary leader who continues to inspire many people and projects. He was a leading HIV/AIDS activist, an advocate for prevention research, and an exceptional journalist. Omololu made enormous impact in Nigeria and beyond – he nurtured and/or led campaigns related to prevention, treatment and research; won multiple awards nationally and internationally; and earned a tremendous reputation from all who had the privilege to work with him. He established the Journalists Against AIDS in Nigeria (JAAIDS), co-created the Nigeria-AIDS eForum, co-founded the New HIV Vaccine and Microbicide Advocacy Society of Nigeria (NHVMAS), was an instrumental pioneer member of the Treatment Access Movement (TAM) Nigeria and a key leader of the African Civil Society Coalition on HIV and AIDS.

Financial support for the Award since 2008 comes from AMAG, AVAC, GCM, Family Health International, NHVMAS, the Open Society Institute in South Africa and UNAIDS. The Award also receives support from the M2012 Conference in the scholarship afforded to the Award recipient.
