3 of 10 Nigerian Men Are Not The Fathers of Their Kids-DNA Expert

There is a shocking disclosure that Nigerian women have cheated and lied to their husbands on the paternity of their kids, because a DNA expert has dropped the bombshell that three of ten Nigerian men are not the real fathers of the kids their wives gave them!

A survey conducted by condom manufacturer, Durex, in which 29,000 people in 36 countries were interviewed has ranked Nigerian women as the most unfaithful in the world.

The following report will shock many Nigerian men who are the ignorant victims of unfaithful wives and girlfriends.

We have seen that there is serious need for it because in many homes things are happening that are scary both to the lives of children and their parents. And for the general statistics that is now available, it is found that three out of every ten men are not the fathers of their babies. Similarly, three out of every ten children are not fathered by men they have seen as their biological fathers. What we have found out is that, anytime we take ten men, at least three of them eventually found that they are not the fathers of the children they call their own. And these men would have taken care of the children for all their lives.

Now, the global statistics is 100, 000 out of every 300, 000 men. But what we have found that is that the situation is higher in Nigeria than other places. For example in our laboratory here, 50 per cent of the cases comes out negative. And we also realised that majority of the first-borns are affected. You only need to be here to see big men cry like little kids and watch children weep in agony. It has been that bad. And I dare say it is becoming something every home must do and you may be quite surprised at the level of dastard revelation.

About thirty per cent of fathers are unknowingly bringing up children who are not biologically theirs. And it is suspected that this percentage may be on the increase due to intimate recklessness. According to recent trends in intimate health, especially in Nigeria, it was suggested that unprotected sex and multiple partners are comparatively common occurrences with a large proportion of conceptions still unplanned. So, more than half, that is, 50 per cent of all paternity tests carried out by our lab comes out negative and the most affected are first-borns, except in a few cases.

"The central miracle asserted by Christians is the Incarnation. They say that God became Man. Every other miracle prepares the way for this, or results from this." This is the key statement of Miracles, in which C. S. Lewis shows that a Christian must not only accept but rejoice in miracles as a testimony of the unique personal involvement of God in his creation. Using his characteristic lucidity and wit to develop his argument, Lewis challenges the rationalists, agnostics, and deists on their own grounds and makes out an impressive case for the irrationality of their assumptions.

The Casual Vacancy By J.K. Rowling

When Barry Fairbrother dies unexpectedly in his early forties, the little town of Pagford is left in shock. Pagford is, seemingly, an English idyll, with a cobbled market square and an ancient abbey, but what lies behind the pretty façade is a town at war. Rich at war with poor, teenagers at war with their parents, wives at war with their husbands, teachers at war with their pupils…. Pagford is not what it first seems. And the empty seat left by Barry on the town’s council soon becomes the catalyst for the biggest war the town has yet seen. Who will triumph in an election fraught with passion, duplicity and unexpected revelations? Blackly comic, thought-provoking and constantly surprising, The Casual Vacancy is J.K. Rowling’s first novel for adults.

J.K. Rowling is the author of the bestselling Harry Potter series of seven books, published between 1997 and 2007, which have sold more than 450 million copies worldwide, are distributed in more than 200 territories, translated into 74 languages, and have been turned into eight blockbuster films. She has also written two small volumes, which appear as the titles of Harry’s schoolbooks within the novels. Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them and Quidditch Through The Ages were published by Scholastic Bloomsbury Children’s Books in March 2001 in aid of Comic Relief. In December 2008, The Tales of Beedle the Bard was published in aid of the Children’s High Level Group, and quickly became the fastest selling book of the year.

As well as an OBE for services to children’s literature, J.K. Rowling is the recipient of numerous awards and honorary degrees including the Prince of Asturias Award for Concord, France’s Légion d’honneur, and the Hans Christian Andersen Literature Award, and she has been a Commencement Speaker at Harvard University. She supports a wide number of charitable causes through her charitable trust Volant, and is the founder of Lumos, a charity working to transform the lives of disadvantaged children.

Pre Order Chinua Achebe's New Book There Was A Country on Biafra

CLICK HERE TO ORDER There Was A Country: A Personal History of Biafra.

Release Date: October 11, 2012

From the legendary author of Things Fall Apart comes a longawaited memoir about coming of age with a fragile new nation, then watching it torn asunder in a tragic civil war.

Review
Chinua Achebe's history of Biafra is a meditation on the condition of freedom. It has the tense narrative grip of the best fiction. It is also a revelatory entry into the intimate character of the writer's brilliant mind and bold spirit. Achebe has created here a new genre of literature -- Nadine Gordimer --This text refers to an alternate Hardcover edition.

The defining experience of Chinua Achebe’s life was the Nigerian civil war, also known as the Biafran War, of 1967–1970. The conflict was infamous for its savage impact on the Biafran people, Chinua Achebe’s people, many of whom were starved to death after the Nigerian government blockaded their borders. By then, Chinua Achebe was already a world-renowned novelist, with a young family to protect. He took the Biafran side in the conflict and served his government as a roving cultural ambassador, from which vantage he absorbed the war’s full horror. Immediately after, Achebe took refuge in an academic post in the United States, and for more than forty years he has maintained a considered silence on the events of those terrible years, addressing them only obliquely through his poetry. Now, decades in the making, comes a towering reckoning with one of modern Africa’s most fateful events, from a writer whose words and courage have left an enduring stamp on world literature.

Achebe masterfully relates his experience, bothas he lived it and how he has come to understand it. He begins his story with Nigeria’s birth pangs and the story of his own upbringing as a man and as a writer so that we might come to understand the country’s promise, which turned to horror when the hot winds of hatred began to stir. To read There Was a Country is to be powerfully reminded that artists have a particular obligation, especially during a time of war. All writers, Achebe argues, should be committed writers—they should speak for their history, their beliefs, and their people.

Marrying history and memoir, poetry and prose, There Was a Country is a distillation of vivid firsthand observation and forty years of research and reflection. Wise, humane, and authoritative, it will stand as definitive and reinforce Achebe’s place as one of the most vital literary and moral voices of our age.

"We can't take all the credit, but since the EAT THIS, NOT THAT! series launched five years ago, many chain restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory, IHOP, and Applebee's have rolled out low-calorie menus for health-conscious consumers," said David Zinczenko, editor-in-chief of Men's Health and author of the bestselling book series. "But despite the progress, America's restaurants still have a long way to go and our annual list highlights the worst offenders."

The list was compiled by evaluating the calorie counts, fat, sugar and sodium content, as well as portion sizes and other factors for menu items around the nation.

The Cheesecake Factory tops the list as the worst offender for the third consecutive year, this time with the French Toast Napoleon, a caloric bomb filled with indulgent ingredients like cream-drenched bread, piles of pecans, and a snowstorm of powdered sugar. The result: a breakfast with as many calories as three dozen eggs.

Rihanna’s Occultist Tattoo of Goddess Isis is Evil

'Always in and on my heart': Rihanna honours late grandmother with tattoo of Goddess Isis spanning across her ribcage. This is Rihanna's 19th tattoo.

Rihanna’s Occultist Tattoo of Isis is Evil

Why would super Pop star Rihanna choose to honour her late grandmother with the cultist tattoo of the Egyptian goddess Isis also known in Ancient Greek as Ἶσις?
Only those who are members of the Cult of Isis bear this mark and other similar symbols of the goddess.

No matter the excuses and pretensions of her ignorance, Rihanna cannot live in denial of the truth of the symbolism of this evil tattoo of Egyptian occultism and idolatry.

According to history:
The cult of Isis was popular throughout Egypt, but her most important temples were at Behbeit El-Hagar in the Nile delta, and, beginning in the reign with Nectanebo I (380–362 BCE), on the island of Philae in Upper Egypt.

In the typical form of her myth, Isis was the first daughter of Geb, god of the Earth, and Nut, goddess of the Sky, and she was born on the fourth intercalary day. She married her brother, Osiris, and she conceived Horus by him. Isis was instrumental in the resurrection of Osiris when he was murdered by Set. Using her magical skills, she restored his body to life after having gathered the body parts that had been strewn about the earth by Set.

This myth became very important during the Greco-Roman period. For example it was believed that the Nile River flooded every year because of the tears of sorrow which Isis wept for Osiris. Osiris's death and rebirth was relived each year through rituals. The worship of Isis eventually spread throughout the Greco-Roman world, continuing until the suppression of paganism in the Christian era.
Most Egyptian deities were first worshipped by very local cults, and they retained those local centres of worship even as their popularity spread, so that most major cities and towns in Egypt were known as the home of a particular deity. The origins of the cult of Isis are uncertain, but it is believed that she was originally an independent and popular deity in predynastic times, prior to 3100 BCE, at Sebennytos in the Nile delta.

How One Blogger Pulled Down Victoria's Secret Geisha Lingerie

Nina Jacinto has made Victoria Secret to pull what has taken hundreds of employees, thousands of hours and millions of dollars to launch? The controversial Geisha Lingerie. Why?

Jacinto, a 26-year-old Bay Area blogger recalled that two weeks ago she saw a link to Victoria's Secret's Go East line on the blog, Angry Asian Man.
"Hooray for exotic orientalist bull----," Jacinto posted with a link to the "Asian-inspired" lingerie line's centerpiece: "The Sexy Little Geisha," a mesh teddy that comes with an obi belt, chopsticks and a fan. She found it offensive and promptly criticized it.

"It's the kind of overt racism masked behind claims of inspired fashion and exploring sexual fantasy that makes my skin crawl," she wrote in her article published September 6 on the blog Racialicious, a site for commentary on the intersection of culture and race.

"There's a long-standing trend to represent Asian women as hypersexualized objects of fantasy," wrote Jacinto.

Within two weeks, the lingerie disappeared from Victoria's Secret as the feminist website Bust checked and a Victoria's Secret rep lied that the teddy had simply "sold out". The Frisky's Jessica Wakemen and Huffington Post also picked up the story and the Daily Mail noted that the teddy and the Go East line in its entirety had been removed from the company website and replaced with the main product page.

"I never thought they would pull the Geisha outfit off the market," Nina Jacinto told Piper Weiss of Yahoo! Shine.

"I imagine there were a number of factors that went into that decision."

3,300,000 People Have HIV/AIDS in Nigeria

3,300,000 people have HIV/AIDS in Nigeria and over 220,000 have died so far.

In Nigeria, the HIV prevalence rate among adults ages 15–49 is 3.9 percent. Nigeria has the third-largest number of people living with HIV. The HIV epidemic in Nigeria is complex and varies widely by region. In some states, the epidemic is more concentrated and driven by high-risk behaviors, while other states have more generalized epidemics that are sustained primarily by multiple intimate partnerships in the general population. Youth and young adults in Nigeria are particularly vulnerable to HIV, with young women at higher risk than young men.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HIV/AIDS_in_Africa

Nigerian TV and radio stations promote high risk behaviour among Nigerian youths by playing psychedelic and pornographic music videos to encourage vulnerable Nigerian girls and boys to indulge in promiscuous relationships as serial daters and lovers and the sexploitation of Nigerian girls and women is very rampant. And prostitution is common among Nigerian girls and women who hardly go for HIV tests and don't use condoms.
