Steve Harvey, K&G Model Search Contestant Wins Big
New face, Hydie Morgan, The Mogul & Love model ready for the world

ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla., Aug. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- K&G Model Search has selected emerging fashion model Hydie Morgan as one of four winners of its national talent search. This summer, Morgan will model Steve Harvey's new Women's Collection (http://bit.ly/SteveHarveyKGHydie), which launched in July at the Essence Music Festival. Morgan is ecstatic to work with Harvey, who now adds "fashion designer" to his other roles as stand-up comedian, actor and radio talk show host.

A native of Atlantic Beach, Fla., Morgan previously worked in the field of bioscience. She attributes her modeling success to the support of her husband, who inspired her to audition. Just 24 hours after entering the competition, Morgan learned she had been chosen from among 2,000 contestants for the job of modeling the edgy designer line.

"I've always been inspired by diverse fashion influences," Morgan says, "but it was my husband who noticed that something in me that he thought fashion industry professionals would also appreciate. This opportunity with Steve Harvey is a dream come true. His Women's Collection is on fire. The style is universal and made for women of all body types and styles. I know women will love dressing up and down with so many sophisticated colors and patterns."

In addition to modeling, Morgan has been making big career moves with the debut of "The Mogul & Love" (http://www.themogulandlove.com), her dating service that caters to single mothers and fathers. Since its February 2012 launch, "The Mogul & Love" has built a team that consists of relationship mentors, fitness trainers and image consultants.

"The Mogul & Love is for those amazing individuals who hold down their households but sometimes lose sight of themselves," Morgan comments. "We help them filter the nonsense and make a confident transition into dating and the love they deserve."

Future plans for "The Mogul & Love" include a reality show that will feature couples from across the U.S. Morgan hopes to spotlight their triumphs and struggles as they navigate the various stages of their relationships. Morgan will incorporate lessons learned from her own marriage into the show.
