She Left Yesterday

She Left Yesterday

She left yesterday
With a swollen black eye
And without saying goodbye
She left yesterday
With her flowing tears
Because she could no longer hide her fears
She left yesterday
With a broken heart
Since things have fallen apart
She left yesterday
Without any lipstick and without any mascara
Because she no longer had time for that beauty salon mantra
She left yesterday
Carrying her luggage
And also her excess baggage
She left yesterday
And he knew she was not coming back
Yesterday, he broke the camel’s back.

Only immature and insecure men beat up their women.

This particular man was carelessly and shamelessly unfaithful to his wife since he compelled her to marry him by getting her pregnant eight years ago after lying that he would give her heaven on earth, but instead gave her hell on earth, disrespecting her by beating her indoors and even did so once outdoors. He denied that he was married to her in his reckless adulterous relationships with other women. She had prayed and wished he would repent and be reformed, but he became worse instead. Can the devil change from being a devil? She had to leave when one of his mistresses threatened her life. That was the last straw that broke the camel’s back. She had to leave to save her life!
