Getting Over Her After Breakup

Making her jealous. Photo Credit: GET YOUR GIRL.

Getting over your girlfriend after break up is not easy for many guys, especially those who have become too attached to their girlfriends. I am an expert in helping guys get over break ups, because your lifestyle has a lot to do with how you relate with girls and ladies in relationships.

Introverts have problems getting over breakups, but extroverts like me don't have problems moving on and starting new relationships that will even make your ex-girlfriends look unimportant. Especially when ex-girlfriends sooner or later find out that you are just a special breed of the Alpha Male compared to the Beta Male.

The following is for the obsessive and possessive guys who cannot bear losing their girlfriends and need help.
Help is here if you can respond to this query from Rachel Khona of Ask men.

Desperate Nigerian Girlfriends Versus Desperate Nigerian Wives

Desperate Nigerian girlfriend in action. Photo Credit: Naija Mayor.

“Hold on to your man!”
Screams the sticker on a Toyota RAV4 jeep on the Broad Street in Lagos and you cannot help but be amused by it. It is a warning to women not to lose their men.
No woman wants to lose her man to anyone, except she does not need him anymore.
I have read many reports about man shortage among the African Americans in the United States and Caribbean banana republics and also among the blacks in Africa. But there is really no shortage of men, but there is only shortage of enough eligible bachelors to go round all the millions of single women who need suitable men to wed and take care of them until their last days on earth. This is the reality of the present interesting times.

In Nigeria hundreds of manufacturing companies have been shut or relocated to Ghana the safest neigbouring country due to the alarming state of insecurity and irregular power supply, banks are retrenching with thousands of employees losing their dream jobs and other companies unable to employ more workers because of different economic challenges, increasing the population of millions of jobless people in the most populous nation in Africa. There are more jobless men than jobless women and in most cases the men have to provide for their women whether they are single lovers or married couples.
Nigeria is definitely in a state of chaos with recurrent crimes of terrorism by the dreaded Boko Haram Islamists and the other lunatic fringe of Islamic fundamentalism, abductions by dare devil kidnappers and robberies by both armed and unarmed robbers in the ghettos and in the corridors of power and the diabolical activities of cultists making living in the country a nightmare.
These are indeed desperate times and Nigerians are taking desperate measures for their survival and welfare. But the most challenged are the jobless legions in the rural areas and urban areas milling around wherever they can find whatever they can do to make ends meet. They are the liabilities of those who are gainfully employed.

The struggle for survival has pitched the jobless single girls and ladies against the married women as their husbands have become the targets of these predatory girlfriends and spinsters on the prowl from the street to the office, with reports of philandering husbands making headlines and the daily topics of tabloid gossips and the aggrieved wives who don’t want to be outdone have either engaged the desperate girlfriends of their husbands in bouts or going out to have their own boyfriends.
Don’t be surprised to hear reports of wives dating the boyfriends of the girlfriends of their husbands. Like the case of a buddy who ended up sleeping with the wife of the sugar daddy of his girlfriend!

Desperate Nigerian girlfriends are no longer ashamed to date and mate with married men and desperate Nigerian wives are now sleeping with single men in town.
When you hear “RUNS” babes, they are the desperate Nigerian girlfriends who are either full time call girls or part-time call girls on and off campus shuttling from city to city to sleep with their sugar daddies or rich big boys.
Now you know why more hotels, brothels, motels, and guest houses are springing up while manufacturing companies are shutting down!

I sat in the company of chauffeurs in one of the best hotels in Ikoyi, Lagos, and listened as they shared the romantic and erotic adventures of their “Ogas” and “Madams” who have been playing silly buggers with their unscrupulous lovers in extramarital affairs. Let us skip the details here to avoid damning disclosures, but what they shared with me were shocking scandalous illicit sex affairs of infidelity.

The shameless desperate Nigerian wives have been caught napping in bed with their boyfriends and the pictures of them in the nude circulated on the internet and the desperate Nigerian girlfriends have been disgraced on and offline.

Latest global surveys have found Nigerian women among the most unfaithful in the world and a DNA experts report that thirty percent of Nigerian men are not the real fathers of their kids shocked the whole Nigeria, because their wives lied to them on the true paternity of the innocent children. But the worst grave consequences of their sexual escapades are the millions of cases of HIV/AIDS in Nigeria.

The Past That Comes Between Us: A True Life Love Story

The Past That Comes Between Us

Her life is like a case from psychiatrist Bulbul Bahuguna’s latest novel The Ghosts That Come Between Us, because the shadows cast on the walls of her room actually appear like ghosts haunting her from the past. The ghost of the victims of her abortions, the most gripping is the image of the one that was the fair cherubic looking son she accused her ex-boyfriend of rejecting and her mother gave her money to abort the six months pregnancy that would have cost her life. But she could recall that he warned her “DON’T COMMIT ABORTION”. The truth is he did not reject the responsibility, but demanded a DNA test to prove his paternity.
“If he loved you, he would not have asked for a DNA test,” her mother said with a hiss.
But her mother was wrong, because he had the right to be cautious and suspicious since she got pregnant for him after forcing him to have sex with her without a condom and after doing so, he gave her money to buy and use Postenoir 2 within 24 hours the following morning, but she did not do so. That made him suspicious that she was already pregnant and deliberately lured him into having sex with her so that she could falsely accuse him of impregnating her. What most promiscuous young women do whenever they got pregnant for boys who cannot afford to provide for their pregnancy and having a baby out of wedlock? He said his suspicion made him to ask for a DNA test. And if she was really certain that he was responsible for the pregnancy, she would not have been afraid of having the DNA test. Abba Babbi was not born yesterday and knew all the old tricks women young or old use to ensnare stupid men in relationships. When she aborted it, she only confirmed his suspicion. But she still wanted to return to him and still used it to lure him back to her.
“Oh, the unborn baby boy looked like you. He was fair like you and very cute too. I have the copy of the X-Ray to prove it,” she told him.
He felt sorry for her and agreed to see her in Abuja.
“Come with the copy of the X-Ray,” he said.
“Okay,” she agreed.
He was anxious to see the X-Ray as she claimed. But when she came to meet him in the guest house where he lodged, she did not come with any X-Ray proof.
She was excited that he still wanted her. He played with her brown underwear as she undressed for sex. And they made love from the bed to the shower and back to the bed again. He entered her from the front and from behind in different positions whilst she was moaning in ecstasy until they climaxed. Then when it was time to go, she held on to him tightly wishing that he would stay longer in Abuja, but he had to return to his base in Rivers state. He had pampered her with chocolates and money and as usual also gave her what to read, a copy of the latest issue of the African American EBONY magazine and a copy of one of his own books published in the US.

She was now a student at the premier university across the Niger Bridge and was enjoying the happiest moments of her youth on and off campus and even nicknamed herself “Cynosure”, because many younger and older men found her sexually attractive even though she would have been happier if she had bigger buttocks and legs like the bigger girls among her peers. She was 20, but she could pass for a sweet 16 in secondary school and most guys wanted to take advantage of her diminutive stature.
She met Abba Babbi the third time in one of the best hotels in Aba, but this time she did not want to have sex when he was really turned on. They were both naked in bed, she laid flat on her back and her legs spread wide apart for him to use his lips and fingers to make love to her and also allowed him to play with her vagina as he fingered her. But she refused to let him use his penis and he obliged, but he ejaculated on her thighs. The following morning, she left for campus and he left for Lagos.

Then she read something on Nairaland and sent him an email query:
Are you happy with me?
Read your post again

That was about three years ago.
Then he broke her heart and she left him in tears. But after some months they reconciled.

Then something she never expected happened.
He created a dummy on Yahoo! The dummy came in the personification of a Yoruba guy from the US claiming to be Olumide Jolayemi. She responded to his email and lied to him that her ex-boyfriend was a construction engineer. He asked for her mobile phone number, and she rushed and emailed two of them to him and when he called, she fell hook, line, and sinker, straight into the net and was caught as a double-faced liar. Then the guy handed the phone to Abba Babbi and she was gasping for breath as he heard his voice.
That was the first time he found out that she was going to be a cheat and later she eventually cheated on him with a younger man. But when the guy dumped her, she wanted to run to Abba Babbi again. And he welcomed her back with her excess baggage.

"My love, What are your expectations of me? What should I do to make you happier? I love you and want you permanently," he said in the email he sent her on September 6. And she replied.

Just love me, surprise me. That's all

Then the shadows on the wall disappeared.
"Yusuf is waiting for you. He wants Mroinga Powder," said her mom.
"Okay mom."
But I know that Yusuf wants more than Moringa Power.
If he does not Be Intimate with me, he will never leave me alone. Boko haram man in lust with an Efik chikito.
The only way to make Abba Babbi mad is to just fork anyone I want. As I told him that I can fork any man I want.

My Dear, What is An Unripe Banana Doing Under Your Pillow?

My Dear, What is An Unripe Banana Doing Under Your Pillow?

She told me to buy her bananas. She said they must be big bananas.
I agreed. I love bananas too. Yes, the big ones.
I know bananas are nutritious.
I have a recipe that I don’t share with small boys and small girls, because it is strictly for adults.
You need bananas, carrots, smoked groundnuts and alligator pepper for this adults only recipe.
It works better than Viagra and very cheap too.
“Darling, include some unripe bananas,” she said.
But why did she want unripe bananas too?
I bought and brought her the bananas.
We ate the ripe ones and she kept the unripe ones in the kitchen.
“I am not in hurry to eat these ones,” she said.

Two days later, I was visiting her and she was having her bath.
I decided to wait for her in the bedroom.
She joined and playfully I picked up one of the pillows on her bed and threw it at her. Then I saw one unripe banana under the pillow.
She made a funny face when I gave her an inquiringly look.
“My dear, what is an unripe banana doing under your pillow?”
She smirked coyly and I shook my head.
She knew that I could guess what this was all about. And I was pissed.

As statistics now show, Nigerian woman are perhaps the greatest users of sex toys in the world. As explained by Princess Sola Oladimeji in an article recently appearing in Nigerian World Newspaper, as chief executive officer of Oju-Ogeâ’s World, one of the more popular sex toys outlets in Nigeria, she’s witnessed first-hand the surge in the purchase of various types of sex toys in recent years. “There are a lot of women who kept several lovers before marriage and you know these men would come with various joystick sizes. So when such a woman gets married, she might end up with a man who may not satisfy her in bed. But in order not to commit adultery, she would resort to sex toys. It will satisfy her and also save her marriage.”

Why Nigerian Women Use Sex Toys

A trend also acknowledged by marriage therapist, Funmi Akingbade, Akingbade reports that while joystick size is one factor, many women who stay with their husbands are usually deprived of good sex for several other reasons. For instance, “Sometimes the man will have other women, especially the young girls outside and he won’t have time for his wife. Such men are always giving one excuse or the other to their wives when they get home,” Akingbade explains. “Another thing is that many of our men self-service, and are always in a rush when they want to have sex with their wives. They don’t have time for foreplay at all and therefore they hardly ever satisfy their wives. Many times many of these women come to me to assist them in purchasing sex toys for them.” Akingbade even cited the instance of a woman who claimed that her husband had encouraged her to buy the sex toys, telling her to think of him while using them.

Mr. Uche Edochie, the managing director of Zee Virtual Media, whose organization has been credited with popularizing zex toys and other adult products in Africa, adds some very revealing perspective. “In Nigerian society, men of status traditionally have more than one woman. In tribal times, having several wives was considered a sign of virility and intimate prowess. As the role of men has diminished in African society in general, and Nigerian society in specific, men feel powerless. It isn’t enough just to be head of the clan, he must have the power to hold position in his community. And this sometimes means taking women he cannot truly afford, expending resources and energy needed at home. In the end, it is the woman who suffers. Sex-starved, they are now turning to Romance-Machines and dildos to replace their men. ”

The Ghosts That Come Between Us

1 Oct 2012 15:00 Africa/Lagos

Psychiatrist's Debut Novel, The Ghosts That Come Between Us, Is "An insightful, graceful read" That Shines A Light On The Pain Of Incest And Child Sex Abuse

CHICAGO, Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Ghosts That Come Between Us, the novel by psychiatrist and first-time author Dr. Bulbul Bahuguna, M.D., is scheduled for release on March 15, 2013, the book's publisher, Drona Productions, announced today. Ghosts unfolds as a first-person narrative over the course of 45 years, and follows the travails of young Nargis Yadav as she suffers abuse at the hands of her father and grows of age as life takes her from post-Independence India, through Communist Russia and to a Chicago suburb where she settles as a triumphant but tormented adult.

"An insightful, graceful read . . . ," said Kirkus Reviews about Ghosts. "It's a difficult story, but one that is well-told. Nargis is a relatable character and Bahuguna approaches her plight with grace and sympathy. The supporting cast . . . is well-drawn, and the family drama that ensues is efficiently handled. Bahuguna notes that she, too, has lived in India, Russia and Chicago, and she's able to colorfully develop each setting." (www.kirkusreviews.com/author/bulbul-bahuguna)

Besides being a rich narrative, with an evocative prose that tightly weaves a drama of family dysfunction, Ghosts highlights an enormous social issue of child -- especially girl-child -- abuse. According to Dr. Bahuguna, child sex abuse is grossly under-reported worldwide, and the main reason for this is universally the same -- the need to protect the family, and not the child, from the social stigma associated with child sexual abuse. Many experts believe, and Dr. Bahuguna concurs, that between 65-85 percent of prostituted children have a history of childhood sex abuse. Studies also show that, in the general population globally, roughly one in four girls will be a victim of childhood sex abuse. "Sadly, often times, the victim is re-victimized through sex trafficking," rues Dr. Bahuguna.

"I wrote Ghosts to shine a light on a shocking problem that too often lurks in the dark for reasons that are obvious, and one that horrifically ripples through the lives of not only sexual abuse victims but also those of their family members and others," said Dr. Bahuguna, who treats victims of such abuse in her Chicago-based practice. "Loyalty and love can nurture but also maim and wound the psyche of an individual. In my work with patients over the last 20 years, I have frequently witnessed the effects of this rampant abuse first-hand. I have treated numerous families whose lives are devastated by the trauma of child sex abuse, and feel a responsibility to bring such abuse to the surface for all to see in a way that humanizes and exposes it to help achieve hoped-for eradication. I wanted to be a writer all my life, and am humbled to debut my writing career with Ghosts."

"Without being preachy, the protagonist of Ghosts, a very endearing narrator Nargis, takes us through a path that is filled with bumps as she tells the story about her personal coping with childhood sex abuse and how she moved on," said Dan Gilbert, a spokesperson for Drona Productions. "A writer is born! This is a must-read not only for all high school students across the world, but also for all adults who should care."

The Ghosts That Come Between Us will be available at all major retailers and electronically beginning March 15, 2013. Hardcover (447 pp.) list pricing is $28.95. ISBN: 9780985422219. LCCN 2012938628
