As if they went all over the world to confirm who should be the sexiest woman in the world. And they fool millions of their dumbasses in America and Europe.
Some media goons sit over their collections of Hollywood nymphomaniacs and soon copy and paste one of their favourite bimbos on the cover of their magazine and snap their fingers, "The Sexiest Woman in the World!".

Some of the sexiest women in the world r the most natural and homely women of all :) But I guess ppl need magazines to read and there's plenty of money in junk..so let em do what they want :)
