The Message of the Mysterious Shroud of Turin

The message of the mysterious Shroud of Turin is more than the inquiry on the identity of the man whose image is stamped on it. Lest we forget that our Lord and Messiah Jesus Christ was not the only person crucified in history. But he said:

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
~ John 15:13, Holy Bible (New International Version).

For no man dies alone, for even a criminal often dies for the sake of others, those who shared his life with him and also the spoils as well.

The greatest sacrifice is not the selfish sacrifice we make for our own selfish gain, but the sacrifice we make for the redemption of others.
