Arby's is introducing the new Ultimate Angus Philly and Arby's fans may agree that it's the best Philly sandwich...outside of Philadelphia, of course!

Arby's third sandwich in the Ultimate Angus Beef line features oven-roasted, USDA Choice Top Round Angus beef, thinly sliced in-store daily and served warm with Italian seasoning. It's topped with melted Swiss cheese, fire-roasted green bell peppers and onions and a tangy garlic aioli served on a toasted Italian-style roll.

"This is a tried and true favorite done Arby's style, and we think it's the best Philly outside of Philly," said Brian Kolodziej, Arby's Executive Chef. "Made with premium, thinly sliced and oven-roasted Angus beef, this sandwich is a cut above your garden variety Philly sandwich."

Arby's first introduced Angus beef, prized for its flavor and tenderness, to its menu nationwide in March 2011 with the Ultimate Angus Three Cheese & Bacon Sandwich, followed by the Ultimate Cool Angus Deli Sandwich and Wrap in June 2011. Arby's Angus beef is 94% lean, lightly seasoned with a delicious balance of cracked black pepper, garlic, salt and onion, then slowly roasted to a perfect medium rare and sliced thin.

The sandwich is featured in a new national commercial that was filmed in Philadelphia, starring Philly locals, Arby's spokesperson, R.B., and Andy Johnson, the winner of Arby's National Casting Call Video Contest.
