Becky's Story: Watch" Before You Commit Abortion"

CLICK TO WATCH THE VIDEO CLIPS
"If you're pregnant, scared, and alone -- I know... I've been there. The last thing you want is people talking at you. Take a breather, a time out, and check out my site. It was info like this that really helped me."~~ Becky

When does the unborn baby’s heart begin to beat?
The baby’s heartbeat begins between the eighteenth and twenty-fifth day after conception.

When does the brain begin to function?
Electrical brain waves have been recorded as early as forty days after conception.

How early can a baby survive outside the mother’s womb?
Currently, twenty weeks is considered the accepted minimum. However, this time will be reduced as medical technology continues to improve.

How many abortions have there been?
There have been 46,000,000 abortion in the United States alone since 1973. 1/3 of generation Y was aborted as well as 1/4 of the current generation.

What about cases of rape and incest?
It is important to realize that pregnancy due to a rape is very, very rare. Abortions due to rape may account for only up to 5% of the 46,000,000+ abortions done in the United States since 1973—certainly not a high enough percentage from which to make laws which legalize all abortions! However, even in these rare situations abortion is not the answer. Abortion does not take away what has happened to the rape victim—she will still have been raped, whether or not she has an abortion. What must be decided now is this: should the unborn baby suffer because of the circumstances regarding her conception? The answer is no. A baby conceived from a rape is just as much of a baby conceived of love—she develops like every other person. The only 2 major studies done of girls who became pregnant after rape and incest revealed the majority of victims chose not to abort their babies. None of these girls, who either kept their babies or placed them in adoption, regretted their decision. Of the girls who chose abortion,. 95% of them regretted their choice to abort.

My Mother Forever

Mama,
Today makes it 13 years ago, when you left this fair and foul world
You left us to continue to bear the agonies of the ironies of life.
Mama,
If you asked me whether you are missing anything on earth?
Except our smiles and our headaches.
The world is going from bad to worse.
Careless and reckless lives of crimes
Lunatic fringe elements on rampage provoking wars
Refugees of man made disasters are even worse than refugees of natural disasters.
Remember the Nigerian civil war and the days we were refugees in Biafra.
Our father who refused to flee left you a grass widow to bear the burden of six kids.
Innocent victims of a war of survival and tribal vendetta.
You lost your first child and daughter Chioma and younger sons Mike and Ifeanyi in the refugees camps and only three survived. Nnamdi, myself and Stella.
Mama,
Mother of my genius.
My uncles say I remind them of Chioma.
Precocious and enchanted child.
"Ogbanje" spirit-child from another world.
And before Papa died before you, he told me that we came from the water.
So, that was why the White witch-doctor called me an Aquarian?
But that was the devil's lie.

Our destinies are not in the stars.
But in our own hands
And God has given us the awesome gifts of the wonders of his creation.

26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

27 So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
~~ Genesis 1:26-27 (Holy Bible, New International Version)

14. "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.
15. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
16. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
~~ Matthew 5:14-16 (The Holy Bible, New International Version)

Mama,
I light this candle for you today in memory of your awesome life and to give thanks to the Almighty God for making you my mother and if there was ever a perfect mother, she would be you Mrs. Gladys Unuamaighiuwa Eke.
I will tell your grandchildren and great-grandchildren about you my blessed mother who was the daughter of God.

Janus Unbound 2

Dear Keshi,
Nigerian Internet Scammers are worse. They impersonate you to rob others of millions of dollars. But the American 419 is also rampant.

Someone who stole my ID is somewhere in America living with my ID and I have left him to his fate. He is living a lie and will die a lie.

As a man lies
So a man dies.

In 1997, my publisher used my ID to try to go and collect about 75K from the Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria(PPFN) lying that I sent him. But I stopped it before he could do so. He was not repentant. He now stole an invitation sent to me to attend a conference in Switzerland and sold it to a desperate client to assume my ID and got an International Passport with my ID and went to the Swiss Embassy in Lagos to apply for the Visa to travel to Switzerland for the conference. But unfortunately, someone who actually knew me worked in the Embassy and the criminals were nabbed.

Nigerian scammers steal valuable certificates, ID cards, International Passports and other documents and use them to assume the Identity of the real owners and thousands of them have succeeded to fool the law enforcement agencies and immigrations in America, Europe, Australia and Asia.

I have some information that I can give to the US Immigrations and many Nigerians in the US will be deported right away.

These ID robbers, crooks and rogues are worst than Osama bin and his terrorist suicide-bombers who commit havoc in order to sleep with 72 invisible virgins in their invisible paradise. Please, don't laugh at them. It is not funny to be fooled and misled by the Satanic Lies or the lies of the devils in the masquerade of religion and made to commit horrible suicide.

Thank God your clone has not stolen your International Passport or the worst, your sex.

Janus Unbound

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classic Sherlock Holmes is the current historical icon on Google as you all must have seen it on Google today and how appropriate for the subject of my post today! Janus Unbound!

Janus Image from NASA
Prometheus, I hear a sound of voices; not the voice Which I gave forth. Mother, thy sons and thou Scorn ..."Prometheus Unbound

I discovered a very outstanding blogger some months ago who was kind enough to comment on my popular news and current affairs politics blog Nigerian Times and as usual I returned her visit and fell in love with her remarkable genius for lucid prose and vivid imagination.Keshi is a gifted writer of romantic truth with an honest to God faith in her creator and the free will her eternal creator has given her to share her most intimate moments with us and she has been doing so with an open heart and goodwill. Naturally her spirit and my spirit clicked, because of our similar spiritual and romantic passions for the love of the beauty in diversity in humanity, regardless of the variations in colour, class or creed. We are one in love, peace and the unity of humanity in the paradise of our boundless universe.

Suddenly out of the blues, another Keshi appeared and more like her twin than her clone. The Freudian twist in the romantic tale is now turning it into a thriller of some sorts. And guess what? I love thrillers. And this blogger impersonating Keshi seems to love her to a fault and wants to imitate and duplicate her and prefers to ape Keshi than be himself. Because, Keshi has become his idol. Here is the only difference between the fake Keshi and the real and original Keshi. The fake Keshi just registered on Blogger last August as shown below.
On Blogger Since.........August 2005
Profile Views............992
http://www.blogger.com/profile/12297991.

But the real Keshi has been on Blogger since September 2004 as shown below.
On Blogger Since........September 2004
Profile Views...........14282

Yet, this new Keshi has the same webpage with the original Keshi!

Just like another kind Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde?

Using a Cellphone? Please, Don't Drive.

Early this morning my very good friend and my editor Adeleke Adeyemi sent an urgent e-mail of the gory pictures of a young lady killed in a terrible auto-accident as she crashed her car into a truck whilst using her cellphone as she was driving on the road. They were horrible pictures I cannot post on Kisses & Roses. I wept as I saw the bouquet of flowers in the back seat of her mangled car. The sweet dreams and best wishes of that young lady also perished in that fatal accident that would never have occurred if only she obeyed the simple instruction of "Don't Use The Cellphone As You Drive".

Warning: Don't GPS and drive!
Don't Dial And Drive

You'll survive a missed phone call; you might not survive a collision!

Victoria's Secret Spam and Webcam Porn Spam

I have been receiving regular spam mails bearing the following sender Victoria's Secret marcopaolone823@rearangethedoor.quazarl.com and I also receive unsolicited invitations from pornographic sites to see hotties on their webcams.

I am posting the Victoria's Secret Spam, because Victoria's Secret should be warned about this spam damaging their reputation online.

Those who claim to have seen my profile and that I am hot and want me to fxxk them, please, I am not interested in desperate housewives and sex kittens. Why? Because, I am a gentleman and I am not Giacomo Casanova (1725-1798), Lord Byron (1788-1824) or Playboy Hugh Hefner.

I believe more in love than in sex.
Because, sex without love is like a flower without nectar.
My love is the nectar of the flower of heaven.

God bless.

To Keshi With Love

I have been waiting in the wings
In the wings of time
I listen even as the bell of time rings
And as the wedding bells chime
I hear the velvet voice of Sappho as she sings
And I have only my love rhyme to mime.

I have been waitng for so long
To sing you this my love song.

For until we find our true love, we can never find rest
For the restless heart cannot be content
Until we find the true love of our mutual consent
As you see the desire of my heart on my chest.

Come my beloved turtle dove
Take my heartstrings to Keshi with all my love.

Linda is Poised To Make History

Yeah! That is music to my ears!

The beautiful and wonderful African beauty Linda Ikeji is poised to make history as her glossy society and style magazine Fashion, Modeling and Beauty (FM&B)is going to be launched in Nigeria this summer and the venue is the prestigious Golden Gate in Ikoyi on the Lagos Island. And from our telephone conversation in the morning, the event is going to be the talk of the town among the Nigerian glitterati and literati. Because, Linda Ikeji has done a marvelous work in the packaging of the FM&B magazine with the features of the notable fashion icons in Nigeria and abroad. Linda insisted that I should write some complimentary notes on the power dressing style of former military ruler of Nigeria, Gen. Ibrahim Babaginda. I put aside my political bias and wrote on the impressive fashion style of IBB. IBB is richer than the Bushes and Cheneys. We went over the magazine with the Art Director and Art Editor to make sure that the FM&B is a page turner and a collector's item. FM&B is full of exciting and thrilling personalities like celebrities on ABC

Linda performs best when you let her use her imaginative genius. And I love her, because of her remarkable discipline. Because, she has not compromised the values and virtues of her beauty. She knows that I don't tolerate such wayward manners.

Next year will be the 10 years anniversary of our awesome friendship and we hope to celebrate it to the glory of God who brought her into my life in 1997. She was only 17 when she was introduced to me in my office. She had come to see me for direction on her ambition to be a model and today Linda Ikeji is the highest paid model in Nigeria, the President/CEO of Black Dove Communications Limited/Black Dove Models and the proud publisher of the Fashion, Modeling and Beauty (FM&B)magazine that is the first of it's kind in Nigeria. And she is 25. I am very proud of her and I thank God for her life.

If you want to come to the launching of Linda Ikeji's awesome FM&B magazine at the Golden Gate on the Lagos Island in Nigeria, just let me know. It's strictly by invitation.

How To Avoid The Money Trap

How to avoid the money trap
By Dee Anne Stiles

Karen was ripe for him to come along. After years of neglect and a mundane lifestyle in her past marriage, Ken's exciting international intrigue, romantic gestures, and wealthy lifestyle swept Karen off her feet. He wined and dined her at the most romantic restaurants and resorts. She had felt so special and appreciated with all his lavish gifts. But, in the end, her heart was broken after she got to know the real deceptive and mean person that he was.

It not just money of course, but the whole lifestyle gambit that money brings: Affluence, big houses, power, appearance, adventure, career, prestige and financial security and freedom. Let's face it, in our materialistic society, the lure of money with its intoxicating call from the lifestyles of the rich and famous can blind us and suck us in to the wrong relationships. There are even books and courses out now about "How to Catch a Millionaire."

Of course, money is a big part of the love match pie. But, many singles have found that money alone does not make for a total, fulfilling and lasting soul mate relationship. There are many wonderful men out there who may not be millionaires but can make life even richer than a millionaire. Think about this little exercise:

Dating Part 1

Bachelor #1: He's got all the inner qualities that touch your heart and soul. He's caring, communicative, charismatic, emotionally mature, fun and optimistic. He loves people and life, has great values and is committed to continuing self-development. He respects women and will treat his soul mate like a princess.

Bachelor #2: He is a Big Man on Campus who can be flashy and likes to play Mr. Big Shot. He's mostly concerned with work, himself and getting ahead at any cost. He's also a control freak, temperamental, highly critical and dictatorial. He hasn't dumped the old baggage, so he's often blocked when it comes to intimacy, communication and the real life values like family and love.

Who would you choose to date?

Dating Part 2

Bachelor #1 is a machine shop worker, shoe salesman or average Joe Corporate Cubicle Worker.

Bachelor #2 is a multi-millionaire business owner who jets around the world to his grandiose homes, high powered meetings, international business events, yacht parties and lavish vacations. Who would you chose to date now?

Sometimes, we don't realize how a big (and often times subconscious) part that money plays in our date and mate selections. But, it makes a huge difference in the final, lasting love outcome if we base our mate selection decision solely on the outer money trapping and the whole inner person. In fact, one dating expert cites that material seduction as one of the biggest dating mistakes we make.

Have you heard your friends or yourself say this before? Patty in Dallas made this observation: "Several of my friends always describe their dates or new guys first and foremost materialistically — about his money, career, possessions and status. Instead of, 'he's the most wonderful, caring and loving guy,' it's: 'Oh my gosh! He owns a big ranch, an airplane and a home in Colorado. Or, he's a prominent doctor or lawyer with a six figure income, a Ferrari and a mansion on two acres.'"

"They'll then rave about all the fancy places their taken to like posh restaurants and exotic trips. The problem is that many of these so-called supermen end up being not so super and loving soul mates inside. When the romance wears off, and the real man steps out from behind the superman cape, my friends are again hurt, used, abused and disappointed in love."

What's the solution to the money seduction trap?

1. Realize money can be a luring trap and that you can fall (or have fallen) into it.

2. Look to see if you're falling into it the money trap and why. Here are some common reasons why women get caught up in it:

The Cinderella Syndrome — some women are still waiting for Prince Charming to come rescue them from life's problems so they won't have to take the responsibility of their own lives.

Piggy-backing — they're insecure and need to piggyback on someone else's success and prestige to build their own self-esteem.

Making up for lost time — they feel the clock on their life's dreams and goals running out of time. They want to go for the gusto, glory and glitz while they still can.

The plain, old fear factor — unlike young love in their 20s that would just "somehow conquer all," they're scared about their job stability, lack of savings and retirement.

3. Find out what help you need to give yourself to avoid it in the future and get that help. Fix your own problems within yourself and then don't walk down that same money dead end street again.

4. Look for the "total love match." Get your "What makes a great love match for me" list out and review it again. Check him out against it once, twice or as many times as needed. While money is important for anyone's survival and lifestyle, look for the "total love match." And don't settle for less — even as alluring (but sometimes dead-end) as all that wealth can be.

5. Use the power of online dating with its wide selection of new people to meet, its member profile information and great communication avenues to really get to know the "whole person."

Of course, money matters are an important part of the love equation. But, if there's not much else in the relationship, you may end up poor in some of the most important things in life — like family, loving relationships, and self love and respect.

My Romantic Blues

Monster's Ball Photo
I was day dreaming, because I was bored. I have decided to ignore all my romantic distractions. But, I was feeling guilty of the lack of enough love for the Princess of the Nigerian Bar. I left her wondering in Lagos. I wanted to spend quality time with her. But, I couldn't. I must have disappointed her. I don't know why I have been walking away from the warmth she has been offering me all these years.

I must confess that there are female companions I am afraid of sleeping with. Because, I don't want to be trapped in any relationship with anyone of them.

No. I am not comparing her to Halle Berry. I never liked the way Halle Berry was romping with that White dude in Monster's Ball. Yeah the monster had some balls to be bunking such a black and beautiful woman. Imagine me bunking Jessica Simpson like that. Eagle-spread on the rug and at my mercy. Gosh! That would be like Sharon Stone and Michael Douglas in "Basic Instinct 1". "The fuck of the century".

Die Another Day
I thank God for Google Chat. Because, Google Chat made my day with Queen as we conversed by e-mails and chatting and also spoke on phone and Queen seems to be more exciting on the phone than even the older ladies I know online and offline. Now who needs Halle Berry when someone as bold and beautiful as Queen is nearby. She has the looks and boldness for stardom and all the opportunities are right here in my hands. I only have to push the right buttons for her.

I was at a christian musical concert yesterday that I found boring and I left without apologies or regrets. The musicians played as if they were still rehearsing and the singers were singing in discordant notes. I felt disappointed.

I am no longer chasing skirts. So, the pretty and sexy young babes in tight pants and body hugging tops parading infront of me were not attractive or impressive. I simply ignored them.

The less romantic interests you have the less headaches and heartaches.

Have a great Saturday.

Show Your Stuff

You wanna bluff me to rebuff me?
So you flaunt your stuff for me to see?
But, baby can't you see that I can be as wild as the dingo.
And you know it takes two to tango even before you say "Bingo".
Yeah! Bingo is the name of my dog.
Oh,no! I am not saying you are a bitch.
Even though you claimed to be one on your blog.
Until you slipped and tripped and fell into the ditch.
C'mon! I beg your pardon.
I don't want to unleash my dragon.
While you are showing off your stuff
Beware or you will fall off the bluff.

Between Linda and I

I have been to Lagos Island in Nigeria in response to the demands of the publisher of my handbook for lovers "The Language of True love" and my sweetheart Linda. And I was harassed by so many people who thought I was rubbing shoulders with Bill Gates. And the director of "Changing Faces" is behaving more like a rival than a partner. I missed the intellectual savvy of Bisi Ojediran who has been away in the UK attending to his official duties for Shell and responding to the publicity of his latest novel "Daughter for Sale" by Quince books of London. If you don't love intellectual issues and politics, I cannot sit down and waste my precious time with you.

Linda complained that she persuaded me to come to Lagos, but I did not give her the attention she wanted most. We were at the Golden Gate in Ikoyi on the Lagos Island to consider it as the venue for the launching of her FM&B magazine and she needs another $2,000 to release the maiden edition on the 18th of June. And God help you if you cannot provide the funds needed by your woman. She could go hawking or shopping for the man that can provide the dole. When it comes to money, I don't trust women when you are broke.

I am doing my best to get my collection of poems Scarlet Tears of London" and the anthology "Sapphire of Love" by Toni Lozano and I to the attention of the major publishers. Because, the two books in English and Spanish should be given the best offers they deserve.

I just want a retreat where I can write my books in peace and share my passions for literature, music and charity with the woman I love. Finis.
